Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are having problems placing an order or with an order you received, please contact us at badfeelingteam@gmail com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days after your order is received.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our facility.

  • All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please contact badfeelingteam@gmail.com within 30 days.
